So I Feel A Bit Dumb...

I forgot to add the stars of sarcasm when I typed what I wanted last week (I still want that jar, Michael, that's a must have item).

Also, I feel like I should explain the value of Rand, my pay check every month. So as of now, $1=R17. However, it takes about R30 to buy anything worth buying... So there's that.

A day in the life of elder Schnepf:

5:30 am - wake up

6 am - Die at clints workout

7 am - shower

8 am - study like a boss

9 am - study with my companion like bosses

10 am - 12 week training (send help, it's so boring)

11am - suppose to go to the area, but we take a hour for lunch (nothing but spaghetti from my companion)

12am - go be a Elder

8-9 pm - go home

9-10:30 pm - sleep.

Notice how I didn't say breakfast or Dinner? Ain't no time for that. Eat on the Job.

Now, if you really want to send me something that's gonna mean the world to me, send a letter to the Johannesburg Mission office address or the Mission home in Johannesburg. I love emails, but I can only read them once a week.

So there are two foods that have nothing to do with what to send elder Schnepf: Achar and Chakalaka. Now Jim Gaffigan said it best what he described fruit cake: they scraped up all the leftover crap from previous meals and put it together. It taste like my mouth is saying

"nope".

I don't have anything awesome to send home except for a line of my new favourite song:

There's a land we all have come to, Chosen from on high,
to serve with out Lord's guidance leaving ALL behind
Giving light to those who never knew the way
Bringing the gift restored again in latter days

We've been called to build the kingdome in Johannesburg
we will serve the Lord with strength, Love, And Faith
We shall go forth proclaiming with the spirit of truth
Till all people learn the things we know are true

-Elder Schnepf
